Before we start — who are we caring for?
This preps urgent drop-off admission & consent for your pet. Next you'll review the consent questions together, just like at the front desk.
Same-day urgent care — come in as soon as you can, no appointment time needed. We'll ask what's going on next, and the team starts caring for your pet the moment you arrive.
Not scheduled yet? Leave the date as-is — we'll update it when we book your appointment.
