The hospital was founded in 2021 by Dr. Zack Gardenfors, DVM, MS, a veterinarian with advanced training in surgery, orthopedics, and diagnostics. He practices alongside Dr. Susan Shaffer Sookram, DVM, a Cornell graduate with more than a decade of mixed and small animal experience, supported by a caring crew who keep every visit calm, comfortable, and on schedule.
