2) If it is outside of regular hours, follow the voicemail instructions to connect with the on-call veterinarian.

3) Leave your name, pet's name, and a brief description of the emergency.

4) Our on call veterinarian will return your call as soon as possible to assess the situation and provide instructions.

5) Please do not text or email for emergencies. Our phone line ensures the fastest response.


What to Expect:

- The on-call vet will help determine if your pet needs immediate care.

- If urgent/emergent treatment is needed, you’ll be guided on when to meet the veterinarian.

- Emergency services are available to both current clients and new patients, depending on availability.


Call us immediately if your pet is experiencing any of the following symptoms:

- Difficulty breathing
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Trauma (hit by car, fall, attack)
- Ingestion of toxins or foreign objects
- Seizures
- Severe vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy
- Male cats unable to urinate (possible urinary blockage)
- Weakness or unsteady gait
